Essential Functions:
Lift move and pack materials as needed for production.
Perform production tasks requiring hand movements and standing for 12 hours.
Perform other production duties as assigned and instructed by supervisor.
Adhere to all safety guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading skills.
Must be able to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination to perform duties for 12-hour shifts.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Prior warehouse experience a plus.
Reliable transportation necessary and attendance is critical.
