Our state of the art dental practice is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our team for a Front Desk position.
We have a fully digital office and we take pride in exceeding patient satisfaction and delivering compassionate care.
An ideal candidate would be a highly motivated professional with a friendly and cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills and outstanding patient service skills.
We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, well spoken, and has excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Dentrix experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Greeting and checking in patients Answering multiple phone lines professionally.
Helping the callers schedule appointments Confirming patient appointments Verifying and Breaking down patient insurance information Collecting and processing patient payments Assist in sending patient statements Support office staff with filing, faxing, scanning and basic day-to-day tasks Job Type:
