Our client, Cascade Plastics is seeking a Remote recruiter to join their team.
As a Remote recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquasition Team supporting all of the United states and lower portion of Canada.
The ideal candidate will have French, Spanish and ability to multitask different corporate positons which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Reviewing candidates for each requisition in our ATS (SuccessFactors by SAP) within 2 days Scheduling pre-interviews with candidates with matching profiles Conduct pre-interviews (phone or Teams) with candidates Fill the pre-interview grid with pertinent information Present candidates to the Talent Advisor What's Needed? The estimated volume of pre-interview is 30/week.
Requisitions will cover positions in English Canada & US.
100% remote work (possibility to be working part-time from the closest Cascades site The recruiter will be working in team with 2 TAs and 1 other recruiter.
